Ordering Guidelines

No minimum order for delivery to most locations in Tofino or Ahousaht, with a $7.50 Fuel Surcharge.

Ucluelet with a $4.25 Fuel Surcharge.

Alternatively you can pick up your order from our warehouse Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm (location).

Order Deadlines - Stocked Items:

Order before 3:00pm for next day delivery or within 24 to 48 business hours.

Lead Times for Non Stocked Items:

If we do not stock an item you need, we may be able to source it for you. The lead times vary by supplier. 

In general the lead times are:

-Beverage and most food items:  2 – 4 business days

-Non Food items:  4 – 20 business days

*Please note a deposit or pre payment may be requested to fill your non stock order.
